McLaren hospital is the Flint based hospital for the MSU Integrated Residency Program. This 436-bed institution has MSU affiliated residencies in Internal Medicine, Orthopaedic Surgery and Radiology. Surgical Faculty are community surgeons that work with the residents in clinical, operative and call situations. In addition to a busy general surgery service, there are vascular, oncology, and some community trauma experiences.
